ammu, March 09 (KNO) : Government forces on Saturday defused IED planted in mineral bottle in Phallanwala falling in Khour Block of Akhnoor sector, triggering panic in the area. On seeing the suspicious bag in Phallanwala enroute to LoC, the locals informed the concern police station who immediately rushed the spot to investigate the suspicious item. The police without wasting time immediately informed the nearby security forces who immediately examined the suspicious material, sources told KNO, adding that bomb disposal squad was called to defuse the IED. After finding an IED planted in a bottle immediately defused to thwart untoward incident in the area, triggering panic in the area.(KNO)
